We are happy to process returns on qualifying merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Please reach out via our contact page to request your pre-paid shipping label for return (in US).

• Note: International shipping will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Condition Requirements

• Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging.

• All accessories and/or parts must be included. Returns without all originally sent parts/accessories will not be accepted.

• Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 10 days of us receiving the return.

• Commissioned items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty

Processing time is 3 days. Please check your tracking number with your carrier for the most up to date shipping information. Orders take approximately one week once shipped to arrive (in the US).

Yes. All products from Tsuki Tora are officially licensed products. Items are carefully authenticated with original licensed tags. A majority of our items are shipped directly from Japan, Korea, and China. Please see individual product listings as manufactures are included with each information block.

Due to the limited and collectible nature of our merchandise, we do not often restock the same items. Items are stocked in small quantities, and we highly recommend purchasing when an item piques your interest as it is unlikely we will be able to source that same item again in the future.
